The Level control on the VL-Boost Sr acts much like a Master Volume control on an amplifier.

When the level is set higher than the Boost 1 and Boost 2 controls the result is a clean boost to your input signal.

ADDED BONUS: When the Level is set below the Boost controls the VL-Boost becomes a mild over-drive with a “Tweed” type of drive and feel.

In addition all SWELL Pedals boast space saving top-mounted input and output jacks to maximize the use of that valuable real estate on pedal boards.
